Lisa Friedman, researcher
Lisa is a highly skilled Organizational Development executive with over 25 years of experience in financial services. During her tenure at JPMorgan Chase she held leadership roles in all areas of individual and organizational development including diversity, change management, career and talent management and leadership development. Lisa was instrumental in establishing the first diversity and inclusion strategy for JPMC, which received awards from Catalyst in 2001 and was recognized as one of the top 10 companies for working mothers in 2003 and 2006. Lisa also established the first internal change management consulting practice at JPMorgan Chase, working with executives on transformational business change. Lisa serves on the National Advisory Board for Sharsheret, an organization that provides support services to women and families impacted by breast cancer. Lisa has a degree in Business Administration from State University of New York at Buffalo and received her MBA from St. Johns University. She also holds a certificate in Advanced Organizational Development from Columbia University.
